The new Maintenance manager Gabriel is awesome. I have been having issues with my AC for some time now and he came in and fixed it! Very nice pleasant and efficient. The office staff is also very nice and understanding. Rachel has always gone out of her way and has been very helpful since I moved in here a little over two year ago now. Thank you all for all you do !

I can only say that from the first day I entered in my apartment in 2010 I fell in love with it, and although before I had a lucky view, it is still very cozy, I love the distribution, the girls in the office are very friendly and attentive and the maintenance guys are very successful and competent, thank you 😍 …

I just moved in a week ago the process was very easy and property is very nice and comfortable the young ladys at the office are really sweet and kept me updated . I had a little problem with the washing machine and ac and was fixed very quickly the new maintenance manager Gabriel was so helpful and quickly got the job done . Also is very quiet which I really appreciate .

I wish I could rate 0 stars because this place is absolutely TERRIBLE do not live here! I had no hot water for 1 whole month and they didn’t care only prorated 300 off my rent… The apartment kept flooding over and over these apartments are old and run down they give you these apartments and there’s mold everywhere and try to hide it! My apartment floor was caving in inside the kitchen where the fridge was because of a leak inside the walls and there was mold behind the fridge! The ac units have MOLD! The management is RUDE and needs to be replaced already I see so many bad reviews about them they give you attitude and charge you for EVERYTHING fake fees tried to charge me for a fake dry wall fee that I had no maintenance request for if you are having issues with this place also don’t be scared to call CODE COMPLIANCE THEY WILL HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t let these people bully you!

Excellent community. I never had any issues related to maintenance or criminal activity. The rent prices are lower compared to other apartments in the area. Most importantly the schools assigned to this area are great.
